We had to have an upstairs heat pump replaced and called Bradley Mechanical to get an estimate. Jason came, looked over our existing duct work, asked what concerns we had and made recommendations. When Rusty, installer, started tearing out duct work to make modifications he found, what appeared to me, mold. We decided at that point to have all the duct work replaced. I am so glad we did. We know our ducts are clean, the air flow is more even in all rooms upstairs, and the Merv filtration system they added has cut way down on dust.
On 4/2, Darryl came and performed the duct leakage test for the new system upstairs. With all the vents (three new ones were added) and the returns (one over garage was enlarged) we have less that 1% leakage. Outstanding compared to old duct work.
Jason, salesman, has been great. He is very prompt returning calls, emails and answers all questions and concerns. He came to the house several times during installation to make sure everything was being done properly and according to his plans and specs. Rusty and his helper were very professional and stopped to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain what I wanted to know.
