Sad HVAC stroy from a loyal customer for 5+ years
Last year (2020) September, my air condition was not functioning properly so I called Bradley Mechanical who I usually call. They suggested that the rusty coil was leaking Freon. Therefore, instead of fixing the leak it was better to change the entire system. Based on their recommended HVAC system, I paid about 7K+ to replace my entire unit with a brand new "Lennox" unit to work with the dual zoning system. This month (January 2021), I got an electric bill of about $400+ and realized that something was wrong so called them back again. After their multiple visits for diagnosis, now they are telling me that I need to pay another $600+ to install some other temperature sensor for the dual zone to function properly. They also reminded me several times that they only installed the unit so do not take responsibility for the dual zoning and I have to incur the cost. My unit as well as the system supposed to be under warranty but they are refusing to resolve this under warranty. As a customer I would expect my unit to function properly under the warranty with the zoning system without me worrying about the detail. I have been a loyal Bradley Mechanical customer for the last five years and replaced my downstairs air condition unit with a Brand new one based on their recommendation on 2019 as well. I feel like they are taking advantage of me. I do not deserve such treatment from them.
