"These guys are amazing! I don't understand some of the negative reviews though. My wife and I used them before for out hot water heater, and even back a few years ago, they were amazing then too!
I had an old, ancient, slowly dying, 2-ton HVAC unit outside my house, and called Bradley Mechanical. To my surprise, Mr. Brad Bradley (the main owner and CEO!) himself came to my house and sat down at my dining room table and discussed options, chatted with me, and was very down to earth. Long story short, today (5/5/2020) Kory and Chris came to my house with a brand new Lennox 2-ton, 16 SEER unit, a new evaporator coil, misc ductwork materials, and a host of other things. They were so cool and so professional. Even with this COVID-19 stuff, I would go outside and "hang out" chatting with them, asking them if they needed anything. They took care of me, I took care of them. That's how it should be, in my opinion.
On top of that, Rusty (one of the supervisors) also came by to check on things and also work on a new installation of new pull-down attic steps (which broke last year!). He too was awesome and chatted with me and I even lent him a pair on vice grips and channel lock pliers in case he needed them.
In closing, Bradley Mechanical isn't just your common, everyday, HVAC company. They do all sorts plumbing, heating, electrical work, etc... and the best part - they treat you like family!"
