We just received a visit from Matt to check out a problem that we were having with our heat pump. He came promptly and checked everything out before letting us know that everything was ok. Just some ice possibly from the bad weather that we had just had. We bought our new unit from Bradley Mechanical at least 7 years ago and purchased a maintenance contract at that time and all of the service techs that have come out over the years have always been very professional and always let us know what they have done. I know that they will be here when we need them and they will "get us out of the fix we are in"!!
