Ryan Shaw was prompt, effective, respectful, and courteous, however there is unfinished work.
Ryan Shaw was prompt, effective, respectful, and courteous. He restored upstairs heat but he did not have a part to repair heat pump so I have been on electric strip heat awaiting follow up appointment to complete job. I am disappointed I have not heard back on status of the back ordered part or contact to schedule job.
