I had called in the a.m. and very fortunate to have a repair time within 2 hours. Mike Bates, service professional called with an arrival time and was very prompt. Mike knew what the problem was and fixed it within 20 minutes.

A 5+ rating is given for Mike. He went beyond the norm when he asked "if there was anything else I needed him to look at." He even tightened the toilet seat when the problem was in the tank! I have used very well know companies over the past 20 years of being a homeowner and not one rep went above the call of duty. I might add that the TV commercial needs improvement. Like the jingle just don't be so scripted.
