I had my Lennox heat pump installed by Bradley Mechanical about 8 years ago. During a recent weather hot streak, an ''out of warranty coil'' and some other parts went bad.
Estimated cost around $4,000.00....Ouch !!
Mr. Bradley went to bat for me and made the manufacturer warranty my parts and also gave me 2 window a/c units while the part was being ordered. I had suffered a heart attack last year and had some surgery. Needless to say, the a/c units kept me cool until the parts were received. Joel, the Service Mgr., personally completed my work timely and without incident. My final bill was very reasonable and the new parts are performing well. Service in other areas of business is sorely lacking, from cars to home repairs. Bradley Mechanical sets the standard for service, in my opinion !!
Brad and his Crew are to be highly commended for their attention to my health and my Heat Pump !!
