I have been going to Dr. Penz for a few years. She is wonderful and has always helped me. She is the most gentle chiropractor I have had in over 30 years yet accomplishes what others did with far less stress or abrupt adjustments. Truthfully, in the beginning I wondered if she had done her job or what it was I had just paid for...she is that gentle! (yet quite effective) Most importantly she listens and tries hard to see where your head is and what you feel. I have dealt with Claudia for a few years as well, and that lady is a Godsend! She is so efficient in every aspect of her job. She is warm, kind, caring and friendly! I have had 2 or 3 great massage therapists as well. The staff that is new to me seem to deserve kudos for their respective jobs as well.
