The biggest thing we liked about Taylor Homes is that upon completion of the house the appraisal came in more than 20% higher than the construction cost, so we were able to turn it into a mortgage with no PMI. Their work was timely and according to the estimate. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and listened to what we wanted.
In the end, it mostly met my expectations. A few finer points with finishing touches toward the end seemed a bit rushed. They left us with some paint for touch-ups that they knew they missed. Otherwise, the workers were skilled, respectful, and qualified. Overall it was a smooth process and they kept me updated on their progress.
