Due to the fact that I lived out of state during the construction process, I was only able to visit the property once while my home was being built. This could’ve been a challenging situation, but Alan and his team at Taylor Homes went above and beyond to keep me informed and involved…every step of the way. He regularly sent photos, updates, and progress reports, which gave me tremendous peace of mind and allowed me to watch my home come to life, even from hundreds of miles away. His communication was exceptional, and I always felt confident that my home was in good hands. Alan was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and patient, taking the time to answer questions and guide me through every stage of the process.
