Taylor homes have been horrible to work with. At the beginning working with them wa fine and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. It was when they started building that the issues happened. There were a lot of different super attendants because the kept leaving until we just started working with Joel I believe his name was. He never wanted to come out to see us or take my calls. Since we had such a turn over things that veered decided by one super and us were not done since they did not know what was going on. Told to purchase a heater to dry the paint which I did not understand why that was my responsibility then it was never used. Buried the drain holes in the yard and was told we had to dig them out. Left the portable potty and we had to call to have it removed. Kept adding expenses when it was them that broke
