She has a stellar personality and is very knowledgeable about Taylor Homes products and procedures, as well as the overall home building process. Tara also had lots of good ideas that have saved us money while helping us design a house we are excited to build. Be sure to follow Tara's 11 step process. These steps will hands down get you signed off and ready to break ground on your new home faster than you might imagine. I wish we had followed Tara’s advice little sooner because we nearly missed our price lock date. Fortunately Tara gave us the nudges and helpful information needed to get it all done in time.
