Taylor Homes Did Rectify The Issue For Us
The initial setting everything up with Taylor Homes "model home" was awesome and was very good in the beginning phase of the building of my home. Toward the end, we had trouble with the site coordinator. The biggest issue was that the basement flooded and the site manager allowed the water to sit in the basement from October to the end of November. After we moved in we had big issues with mold in the basement. After speaking with the vice president of the company he did pay to have the mold removed, which did cost a great deal of money. He did a phenomenal job in getting the help we needed with this issue.
We love our house now and feel that all of this was a result of the site manager that is no longer with them from what I understand. It all worked out but it was hard to get to that point. For this reason, my recommendation would only be a two-star and the total experience would have to stay at a three-star.
