Terrible experience

I’m sick of explaining problems that I had with this people I’ll just say this they didn’t built per contract and on the end. They took the money and never come back to finish the house..

First, we apologize for any misunderstandings--that is never our intent as we clearly spell everything out in our signed Construction Agreements, Prints, and other supporting documents. While building a new home is rewarding, it too can be a very aggravating process. That being said, our signed records show that the home was indeed built per contract. Likewise, we had been attempting to reach Mr. Smajlovic to no avail to complete just a few remaining punch-list items. We were recently successful in contacting Mr. Smajlovic; we hope to finalize the few remaining items as quickly as possible. Like 1,000's & 1,000's of other Taylor Homes customers, we feel confident that Mr. Smajlovic will be happy with his new home for many years to come! Again, we apologize for any inconveniences and thank you for your time.
