After seeing the TV commercials and clicking on my unsubscribe box to end the solicitation of the DeZao law firm numerous times, I am writing this review. Several years ago I had an incident involving an injury. I met with members of the firm and went for medical treatments to recover over a substantial period time. This with DeZao people involved over the phone or E Mail. On and on I left messages with the woman who was involved in the case, delivered any paperwork she requested and she acknowledged the fact that time was important, I thought that this complaint had to be filed within two years. Several times I advised them that two years was approaching and I was assured they would file complaint in time. Last minute I was told it would be filed. Few weeks later I was asked to come into the law firm and they had several people at the meeting when they told me and apologized they didn’t get the complaint in time. This after numerous reminders by me personally about the time factor. My case never even filed due to the two years had expired. Not professional at all. I place most of the blame on the female employee who was working (so I thought) on my case. I was more disappointed because I know Mr DeZao slightly and he did not personally oversee my case. My review may be the only negative one but it is truthful. I hold no personal grudge but am disappointed. I wish his firm well but I will not use them again.
