My upstairs A/C unit has been acting up and yesterday afternoon went up to 103. I turned it off, then reset it. It worked overnight then this afternoon rose to 99., Eric was here within an hour and checked it thoroughly, but couldn’t find a cause since I had already turned it off then reset it. He will be back tomorrow afternoon with an unrelated part and hopefully the unit will do its afternoon heat spike while he is here. Eric, as always, is thorough, friendly and eager to help. He is very knowledgable and I trust him implicitly.

As a follow-up, Eric went the extra mile on researching my AC issue. He called the manufacturer who advised that my unit may need a computer update. He went to the manufacturer to get the chip, then came here this afternoon to install the update. I could not be happier with my service.
