Mark did a wonderful job. I called 4 other electricians and Mark was by far the very best. He explained clearly the issues, explained clearly the remedies, and then followed through on everything. He was the only electrician that discovered that the issue was caused by Centerpoint. The Neutral was not connected. I highly highly recommend. OH!!! And he got on the line with CenterPoint for me to explain that the wires from Centerpoint were not connected! And CenterPoint believed him and followed through.
