Ordered filter replacements. Tony ordered the wrong filters...had to wait a week. I called and asked for a new price on the correct items...told that they would call me back with it, but they never did. The original installation (by Toby). He didn't explain anything to me, and I had make make my own adjustments to the unit to get it to work properly. The technician who installed the new items did explain the unit to me completely, but I insisted...don't know if he would have otherwise. Overall, the products are great, but their imcompetence in the office spoiled the purchase for me.
