Service was fine albeit at a much higher price than less than a year ago. I felt that your representative was constantly trying to find new ways to increase my bill for service. He suggested several changes or new parts that were not really in need of replacement. He justified his actions with lines like "I will give you a better product because mine is brash rather than your plastic part which is more likely to break. He even questioned my last bill from your service because he felt it was too low for the job. (I LOOKED UP THE PRICE IN MY CHECKBOOK.) The end result was fine but I ended up paying several hundred dollars more than the last time for the same repair plus his recommended upgrades.
