First of all I was impressed you guys were able to come so promptly. We had a churchwide meal to serve at 5pm.
Our technician, Andre was wonderful. He was very courteous, kept the area as clean as possible while working and took time to explain the problem to me, the Kichen Manager. He also informed and showed my kitchen helper where the problem was and gave helpful tips of how to avoid future problems and keeping it maintained. So we would hopefully be able to stay on top of the situation in the future.
