When Maitz's says "Done in a Hurry Without a Worry" they really mean it. Within and hour of calling for emergency service for a leaking and steaming Hot Water heater they were at my home. Not only did they arrive quickly but the service individual, Kai Yeh, showed up with a perfect appearance, perfect manners, and perfect personality and attitude. He went right to work explaining my various options and presenting an estimate for each option. After I chose my option and signed the contract he went right to work removing the old water heater and arranging for the new water heater to arrive ... a very clever way to do it rather than him needing to go for it ... another employee (just as nice) brings it to him. They proceeded to install the new water heater while I relaxed upstairs. Any questions or needs that they had Kai politely came up and asked. From the time that I called Maitz's until they completed the work only about 4-5 hours had gone by. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my fussiest of friends and acquaintances (along with the norma ones :) ) They took me from a basket case ready for tears to a smiling customer who has now found her plumber and other home work for life!
