We highly recommend this company. They are honest, friendly, ethical, and reasonable. Charlie, the Technician, treated us (and our dog) like family, and explained to us about what he was doing and what we can expect for the future. He educated us about our system. The yearly package is reasonable too!

Please know that we have worked with two other Tucson AC companies with A+ rating on BBB, but every time they came out to "service" our AC or furnace, there was always something wrong and they were always trying to sell us things we didn't really need, leaving us thousands of dollars out of pocket. Family Air's professionalism and ethics are above and beyond what we expected. We know we can rely on them.
