Owner Jame Beard, no not the celebrity chef, is a good guy. Have used them since doing major remodel of our house in 2013. Jim doesn’t tolerate dishonesty from his people.: one of his service guys told me that the HVAC equipment manufacturer wouldn’t honor their equipment warranty if we didn’t sign up for a maintenance contract. I mentioned that to Jim the next time I saw him and he said “...yeah, I know, that’s why he doesn’t work for me anymore.”
