My technician is always on time or calls me if he is going to be early or late. They do excellent work and while nobody likes to pay money for A/C repair, they do a great job of keeping my A/C running. I am hopeful they will come up with a contract from a A/C manufacturer that will allow them to purchase in scale because all older A/C's (mine included) will no longer be able to use the old freon, so if your A/C develops a leak, you will have to purchase a new unit. This will be incredibly expensive and I would hope that knowing the demand for new units will be exceptionally high and going up after 2020, Family Air will seize the initiative to be ahead of the game and purchase new units at a substantial savings and pass those on to the customers.
