The office follow up needs work though. I still have not received the receipt for my service on March 4th and new copy of the maintence agreement which I also paid for the same day. I requested copies verbally and by email and I did receive receipt for the water heater and installation which was done on March 7th. I would appreciate someone checking the status of the March 4 work receipt and the March 4 maintenance agreement. It is important I have all paperwork for my files, for future references.
