I have used Family Air for 6 to 7 years now. They get out to the house pretty quickly. They have done good work for us. This last time they came out and checked out the trouble. It turns out that the AC needs new circuit boards. I was also informed that who ever put this unit on the house it is a way over kill. I asked for them to give me and estimate on what it would cost to repair the unit that is there and what it would cost to replace it with a unit that is a better size for the house. Now my complaint is that it has been over 3 weeks and I have gotten nothing back from them. This is a little disappointing.
