Family Air takes calls 7 days a week. We have been without A/C twice. Both times they came out, found the problem and fixed it on the spot! Tim/Rick have both been extremely professional. Knowledge base has come from years of experience. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Very reasonably priced too!
