Not Too Impressed
We had our AC unit, furnace and water heater replaced.
Kurt called the day before mentioning an attic. We don't have an attic, and I don't know where he got that info. I wonder if there was an extra labor charge for a work in an attic. Since the quote didn't have a breakdown, there is no way of knowing.
The work was done in 6 hours. I asked two of the technicians (Kurt was gone by the end) where I could buy an extra filter. I know it's washable, but I wanted a spare. They had no clue where to purchase one.
I was told Kurt would be back in a week or two to see if everything is good. A week passed. No visit, no invoice, no phone call. I called the office and asked for an invoice, which was emailed to me, and I paid over the phone. I explained to the lady Kurt was supposed to come back for inspection. She said she would have him call me back as soon as he gets off the phone. Another week passed. Once again, no phone call, no visit.
