Jim and his Family of AC experts are second to none. I have used Family Air to install 2 new AC units at our home as well as maintain our 2 rentals AC units. There is not a more professional group of people in Tucson. They go above and beyond in every aspect. Jim needed a crane to install one of my AC units but he didn't originally quote me a price with the crane, so it was free. I asked Jim to install an electric hot water heater and they not only installed it but also picked it up at HD. One of my AC concrete pads was too small for the new unit so Family Air added concrete and increased my pad size. My next door neighbor has bricks under his AC unit that the high dollar installers used to increase his AC pad size. Family Airs Service is also very very good. One of our rentals has an older AC unit, 20 years, and I asked Ken to give it a good look over for replacement when he was over doing routine annual maintenance. Ken said the AC has a year or two left but it looked fine for now. Few, if any, AC companies would not jump on a chance like this to make a sale and tell me my AC was bad. Ken, and the rest of Family Air, live by their word, reputation and fortitude. I will ALWAYS use Family Air whenever I need to replace one of my 4 AC units or service any of them. Did I mention they are about the least expensive AC install/service company in town.
