I called Family Air Cooling and Heating inquiring about a new system. After a few other quotes, their quote was much lower and they offered what I needed; so I decided to go with them. I had them install my new Air Conditioning System last Thurs. Aug. 24, the Customer Specialist arrived and 3 Technicians , they were all very nice and friendly, arriving punctually and ready to install the Air Conditioner. They all got started in setting up and removing the old equipment. As they got ready to install the new System, it all seem to go smoothly, as they were quite knowledgeable and proficient in their work; and by late afternoon the Installation of the Air Conditioner was completed. So far, the Air Conditioner seems to be working properly and putting out good air flow, Only one slight problem with the thermostat, settings seem to be off, I am still try to understand the settings, which I hope to have cleared up soon. Waiting for inspection. I am very pleased with their work.
