I called Family Air (spoke to Jim) with an emergency request very late on a Saturday afternoon. The A/C unit at my parents home was not working properly and the temperature was 115! Although Jim was winding down for the day, he took the time to make the service call and not only fixed the unit but he was there until 11:00 PM making sure that everything was perfect. His work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail was more than I could have ever expected. As a result, I also purchased a mini-split unit for my parents home which they absolutely love. As expected, Jim's customer service was above and beyond of what could be expected and my parents (and I) were once again appreciate of Jim's GREAT service. THANK YOU!
