We do have a recent experience with Brothers Plumbing & A/C--one that had upset me initially. On Sept. 23, the water heater they installed 6 years ago started leaking profusely. We called right away and were given a response time that equaled a couple hours. We were so pleased that the serviceman came out much earlier. The warranty on the water heater had expired Sept. 22, and Brothers wasn't going to honor it. Ultimately they decided to cover the water heater itself, but they did require us to pay the labor to install it.

The 6 year old water heater they had installed was replacing a water heater that had been in the home since 1965. The service people at Brothers were all awesome, except for that weird hiccup regarding a poorly made water heater. They also went one step further and helped us prepare payments because we weren't prepared for the water heater to go out. Everything is fine now with the water heater, and I'm really happy the process is done.
