We chose to use Sam's Heating and Air Conditioning mostly because of his rating with the BBB. He was nice and really knowledgeable. He removed our old heater and installed a new one.

When an unforeseen problem came up, without questioning us, he came back out and helped to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We were so appreciative of that. It was great.
