Very professional and very competitive.
When I asked about central air, Sam's Heating and Air Conditioning gave me good information, and they weren't pushy. That led me to hire them. They installed a new central air conditioner, a new heater, and new duct work in half the house.
The installation was very good. It went a lot quicker than I anticipated. They took 2 full days, but it felt very quick. They did a good job, and it all works perfectly.
Something that I don't get too often, is that Sam followed up with me 3 times. He followed up about a week after to make sure everything was working and to make sure I had all the paperwork for the California rebate. He called again twice to check and make sure I had received the rebate, and when I hadn't yet he actually called on my behalf.
