Sam was very professional and personable. He found the problem within about 20 minutes. Instead of major motor replacement, he determined it was the capacitor. Once replaced, system worked perfectly. He also made helpful suggestions on some upgrades I could do in the future. He was fair and reasonable in his charges. I would recommend him to anyone who might have an issue with air conditioning or heating systems. Sam has a small company so the customer is not paying for high overhead fees such as television advertisements. Thank you Sam.
