3 visits to determine and replace necessary part
Disappointed that service man came 3 times to correct a problem; Charged 3 times; Did not do anything but look the 1st 2 times and replaced a part the 3rd time which took care of the problem. Glad the problem is fixed, just didn't think we should pay for the 1st 2 visits especially since we were under a maintenance contract.
