Allen Lavaty is OUTSTANDING!
We had a slight emergency today. My neice needed 2 14" tires put on rims before I took her to Globe to meet up with my sister for a trip to Show Low. The store looked busy but I explained to Allen that we needed to meet someone in Globe and he promptly took the rims and had them mounted (he even did one himself). We were out the door in less than 15 minutes. Jack and Sean - he deserves something special for going above & beyond in customer service!! Cathy Green
