The Service tech (Ryan) was friendly and very well informed. He was able to beat the price on four tires that I had priced at Discount Tire, and (to my surprise) was able to offer me other services that I did not know were available at a "tire shop". I got a much needed oil change, and did not feel pressured into buying anything that was unwanted (as I usually get from repair shops). I finally believe that I have found a good honest repair shop that is as competitive as any other shop I have ever worked with.
