Very rude over the phone WOW!

I spoke to a man named Dave who should be fired. He said hes the manager a position he should have, he was very unprofessional over the phone...I asked him if he does a tire patch for free like in Tucson and instead of answering the question he just said you should go there. Very rude if he is like this over a phone I would highly question how he is as a person face to face.I will not be a customer and will be calling corporate! And to be honest this deserves a no star rating but they dont have that as an option sadly!

Leslie, very sorry to have missed this review, however, I would like to follow up on this one myself if you could possibly relay the store address, i think i have the date. I am asking because i know most of our staff by name and all the managers but Dave does not ring a bell for someone answering the phone and definately not a manager so i want to make sure i get to the bottom of this one. Thanks, i am very sorry for your experience.
