I Purchased four tires in summer of 2017. A few months later I was advised of a minor issue regarding how three of four were installed (they had wrong side out. Apparently the young male employee who installed them did not pay close attention to detail. That employee no longer works there. After speaking to Rick (who is the store manager of 15 years), I understood how it could have easily happened. ( DOT numbers are generally facing outside). These tires we Manufactured opposite of most.
Rick took the time to explain that to me. They got my car in immediately to correct the issue. I appreciate taking my car to a place that I can trust and that doesnt try to blame others when mistakes happen. Accountability goes a long way with me. I am an older female who doesn’t trust easily, especially mechanics and repair shops. I trust this place( especially the manager Rick) completely to be honest and fair and professional of which he has always been with me. I am retired state Trooper from Arizona Department of Public Safety of 22 years. I hope this helps anyone looking for where to service their car, oil change and tires.,, they won’t say your car needs more than it actually needs. Integrity is invaluable.
