I took my car to Jack Furrier on Casa Grande highway because it would not start. They replaced several parts and charged me over $1,000.00. A few days latter the car would not start again. After a month of sitting in their shop they called to tell me they had to take it to the dealer because they could not determine what was wrong. The dealer told them to replace another part which they wanted to charge me for. I reluctantly agreed because I need the car. Then they called me a few days later and told me that the last part did not resolve the issue and that t needed another part that's almost $500.00 . I called their corporate office to file a complaint. The gentleman told me he would contact the shop and call me right back. He never did. Repair via trial and error. Terrible customer service. Never going there again, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience.
