Receptionist was polite and efficient on a Sunday emergency call. She knew how to contact service which in turn contacted us with a time and actually kept the time. Service personnel were neat and quiet; clean-up was good;
They forgot to turn the water onto the dishwasher, which I did not notice until the dishes were unwashed!!! Once the valve was opened the washer worked superbly!!
