I called about a broken clapper, and ended up with two new low-flow toilets and a new showerhead! OK, we had been talking about replacing the toilets anyway, so why pay for a new clapper? The whole project was done in a few hours, and the new toilets (and the showerhead) are perfect. (KC had replaced the toilets in our last house, so we new what we wanted.)
