I have had several plumbing issues since buying my house in the Desert four years ago. I am clueless about home repairs and plumbing.

All of your service technicians are professional and seem to know what they are doing.

I realize there are probably cheaper companies to use, but the reason I ALWAYS come back to K.C.'s Plumbing is because of Tina. Tina also insures that the technician will be on time - if not, she will call me and keep me updated. When Tina answers the phone - I know I am in good hands.

My adoration for Tina got even stronger two months ago. She was on vacation and without going into details, my experience was less than stellar in her absence - phone calls not returned, technicians not arriving when they were supposed to, etc.

I assume you must know what an asset she is to your company. If she wasn't there, I doubt I would be using your services. She is the face, I mean voice, of KC's Plumbing.

Plumbing problems are never fun, or cheap. Despite this, Tina makes it all seem tolerable.
