Everyone was great from the start. We had an emergency with our hot water heater at the boutique hotel I manage. The woman that scheduled my appointment followed up with us that the tech was on the way and he was even earlier than estimated. When Casey arrived, he was so positive and helpful! He took care of the situation and gave us feedback and recommendations on what we can do for preventive maintenance in the future. I highly recommend!
