I originally discovered KC's Plumbing Service while they were working on a neighbor's house. My neighbor highly suggested their service to me while I was having a conversation with one of the techs. Since then, I've had them here a couple times. They are knowledgeable and also very courteous.

On one visit, they had to replace the garbage disposal and needed to drill a hole. The details escape me, but the tech took the time to explain why the drilling was necessary. I've always had these kinds of courteous experiences with this company.

Another occasion was when they replaced my 42 year old water heater. I live in an old movie home, so the original parts last longer than usual. The tech who replaced the old water heater had a great sense of humor. He reminded me the new replacement will likely last 5-8 years rather than the 42 I was used to.

This is a great company. I refer them to friends with the highest confidence a great service will be provided. They haven't let me down!
