They did a wonderful job. I hired them to repair my garbage disposal when it jammed up. The technician I spoke with was very informative. He took care of the issue I was having, and he informed me that I need to run my garbage disposal on occasion to prevent further stoppage. He also said I would eventually need to replace it. However, he kept it low pressure, and I didn't feel rushed into paying for something I don't need just yet. He also noticed leakage in the spout of my faucet. I think he really went above and beyond to do the caulking over on the spout, which I know I couldn't do on my own. The technician really helped me out, and I'm happy to use their services again in the future.
