Service rep Ted arrived on time as scheduled and even called ahead to reconfirm that he was on his way and someone needed to be home. The property is a rental and D&W had installed the Trane unit 1 year ago. There were no issues for the I year service checkup and the unit was in excellent shape. What more to say.
