We have been using D&W for our HVAC maintenance contract since purchasing our home in Sarasota in 2016. The previous owners had been using them, so we continued. From the office staff who call to schedule the contract maintenance inspections, to Brad, who does our inspections, everyone is so courteous, professional and simply exceptional. On a recent inspection Brad discovered problems with our aging system. We decided it was time to get a new system. Brad explained which new system he recommended for our home and went over all the costs, answered all our questions, did all the paperwork, scheduled the new installation and we had a complete new TRANE heat pump and air handler in less than a week. The office took care of all the paperwork including registering the warranty in our names and arranging for the county inspection. It couldn't have been any easier. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job with both installation and cleanup. We spent alot of money, but feel confident we made the right decision and got very good advice. We highly recommend D&W! They truly do put the customer first and provide excellent service. Thanks D&W!
