I was looking for replacing of working old A/C because of the mold in the air handler unit and was getting calls from other companies when got email from D&W and decided to give them a chance. Randy came over, spent considerable amount of time at my place and answered all my concerns about prevention of mold formation in new A/C without rushing, which impressed me quite a bit. Initial quote included a lot of options and was above my budget, so I worked with Randy to quote only what was really needed in my situation. Installation went without a hitch - Williams proved to be an excellent worker with attention to details and got a good hand from Junior. Also Randy came with Doug to help taking heavy new condenser on the roof of 8 story bldg and they had to take down 2 large doors on the way. After installation was complete they cleaned up after themselves on the roof, staircase, walkway and in the condo. Moreover Williams didn't leave until he was sure that there were no leaks of freon anywhere and the new A/C is working properly in cooling and heating modes. I was very impressed by the thoroughness of their work, usually the workers don't spent much time on testing and inspection of new equipment. Also Doug helped with scheduling of county inspection and Trane registration, which were additional perks.
Overall, I could say they really walk the talk and I would recommend them to everybody.
